One of the worst 4* hotel experience!!!
Room is not cleaned to a 4* hotel standard
Toilet is yellowish and smelly
Bedsheet has yellow marks
Sink was leaking
A/C was dripping water
Drainage in shower is overflowing
Extra bed was wet, and we asked they said it rain while they were drying it.
Roaches in the room
The hotel doesnt have enough parking either
The hotel doesnt have kids pool, but view from main pool is insanely good.
Not family friendly.
Breakfast runs from 6 to 10am but when we arrive at 9, most of the food ran out, and they do not have cheese for the omelette.
So is cococrunch, and the explaination from the chef was, it finished from there (dari sananya).
Is Indonesia out of cheese and coco crunch?
Staffing wasnt adequate, there was only 2 waitresses and 2 staff at egg and fried rice station.
Dont mention about the noises of renovation, its crazy bad! The info on the TV said they are doing renovation from 8am to 4pm, but by 7:30, they start banging on walls.
If i were to come back, and the main destination is Dieng, i would stay at one the new cabins at Dieng or even a little further.
If Wonosobo is the main destination and it has to be a 4*, then tough luck, but if 3* is ok, there is a new one a few hundred meters down the street.
Shout out the the bellboy and front office staff that help with moving rooms of so many guests, you are doing the best job you can with the limits of the hotel offering.
Also during checkout, so many guests complaining about their stay.
Stay away from this hotel!!!
